Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive financial data entry and record-keeping using SQL Account software
- Process client invoices and accounts payable/receivable transactions efficiently
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare accurate month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Maintain organized financial documentation and compliance records
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in SQL Account software is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with bank reconciliation and month-end closing
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred
