Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers for construction projects
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor/client invoicing
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience with construction industry accounting preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills in English
