Join ConnectOS as a meticulous Bookkeeper specializing in Australian healthcare finance. This hybrid role requires precision in managing financial operations for our AU healthcare clients, ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards while supporting our dynamic team environment. You'll be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and generating reports that drive business decisions.
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in AU accounting systems and hands-on Xero experience. Your responsibilities will include reconciling accounts, managing payables/receivables, and supporting month-end closing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records for AU healthcare clients using Xero
- Process and reconcile daily transactions including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements compliant with Australian accounting standards
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Collaborate with finance team on financial reporting and analysis
- Ensure adherence to AU healthcare financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in Australian accounting and finance
- Hands-on proficiency with Xero accounting software
- Strong understanding of Australian GST, BAS, and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
