Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers
- Process and reconcile invoices, bank feeds, and financial transactions daily
- Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with Australian accounting standards
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal financial operations
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper with specific knowledge of Australian accounting standards and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus
