Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure financial accuracy
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data aligns with operational activities
- Implement and maintain efficient bookkeeping systems and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
