Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update accurate financial records for LYD Construction, including general ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and prepare detailed monthly financial reports for management.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary monthly/annual tax documentation.
- Manage payroll processing and verify employee expense claims.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar financial role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
