APD Promotions is a premier business promotions and product sourcing firm looking for a detail-oriented, Xero-certified Bookkeeper to join our remote-ready finance team. As an Account Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our operations by managing accurate records, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations accurately using Xero.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and digital documentation.
- Support the finance team with year-end audits and tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be Xero Certified with proven hands-on experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and taxation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and cloud-based accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
