Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of bookkeepers, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Review and reconcile complex financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and company policies.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for financial health.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of bookkeeping functions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related business field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP B1) and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • High level of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPA license or similar professional certification is a significant advantage but not strictly required.
