Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of Retail Assistants and Cashiers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to enhance their shopping experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and merchandising books and related products effectively.
- Create engaging and visually appealing product displays to attract customers and promote sales.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining strict adherence to cash handling policies.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and promoting store promotions and loyalty programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, preferably within a bookstore or related consumer product environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for books, reading, and the literary world.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
