Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate boom trucks to lift, move, and position heavy construction materials and equipment on job sites.
- Conduct thorough pre-operation and post-operation equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Read and interpret site plans, load charts, and rigging requirements for various hoisting operations.
- Maintain clear communication with ground crew, spotters, and supervisors to ensure safe hoisting and maneuvering.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on boom truck systems to prevent operational downtime.
- Document daily logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance tasks performed.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA and company-specific health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Secure loads properly using appropriate rigging techniques, chains, and straps to prevent shifting or accidents.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional Driver’s License with the appropriate restriction codes for heavy equipment operation.
- TESDA Certification (NC II) for Heavy Equipment Operation (Boom Truck) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Boom Truck Operator in a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of crane safety standards, rigging procedures, and load capacity limitations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict project deadlines.
- Physically fit and capable of performing tasks that require standing, climbing, and lifting.
- Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Demonstrated history of maintaining a clean safety record in previous roles.
