Tanggung Jawab
- Operate boom trucks safely and efficiently at construction sites in Novaliches and surrounding areas
- Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- Coordinate with ground crew and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Transport materials and equipment to designated locations as required by project specifications
- Document daily operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or concerns
- Maintain clean and organized equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations regarding equipment operation
Kualifikasi
- Valid boom truck operator certification or equivalent heavy equipment license
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating boom trucks in construction settings
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and at elevated heights
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
