Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates for labor, material, equipment, and ODC for complex construction and engineering projects.
- Supervise daily onsite operations to ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality service delivery and contractual compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential cost overruns early.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for executive review.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision and project estimation.
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of procurement, material sourcing, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Valid professional license (e.g., PRC license) is preferred but not required.
