Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise deck operations and cargo handling activities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of deck equipment and rigging
- Train and direct deck crew members in safety procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of vessel deck areas and equipment
- Manage inventory of deck supplies and spare parts
- Assist in emergency response drills and actual incidents
- Maintain compliance with maritime safety and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Bosun or Deck Supervisor
- Valid STCW certification and relevant maritime qualifications
- Proficiency in rigging, winch operations, and deck machinery
- Strong leadership and crew management abilities
- Knowledge of offshore support vessel operations
- Physical ability to perform deck duties in harsh conditions
- Basic understanding of marine engineering systems
