As our Boutique Manager, you will take full ownership of your store’s performance, cultivating a high-performing team and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive boutique performance by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver best-in-class customer service experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and cash handling procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages professional growth and high morale.
- Manage staff scheduling and training to ensure optimal coverage and service quality during peak hours.
- Maintain boutique hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.
- Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies to increase foot traffic and conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in premium or luxury consumer products.
- Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Strong sense of accountability and passion for brand representation.
