Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive boutique performance by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver best-in-class customer service experiences.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and cash handling procedures.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages professional growth and high morale.
  • Manage staff scheduling and training to ensure optimal coverage and service quality during peak hours.
  • Maintain boutique hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies to increase foot traffic and conversion rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in premium or luxury consumer products.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
