Tanggung Jawab
- Drive boutique sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly and annual KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of sales associates to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Manage end-to-end boutique operations, including inventory control, security protocols, and cash management.
- Execute brand visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the boutique aesthetic aligns with global luxury standards.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with VIP clients to foster long-term loyalty.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to provide actionable insights for store growth.
- Organize and host in-store events to increase brand visibility and attract new clientele.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in watches or high-end jewelry.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing store P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and a second language to serve international clientele.
- Deep passion for horology and a strong understanding of the luxury market landscape.
- Expertise in CRM systems and modern retail POS software.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
