Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained across all touchpoints
- Monitor store KPIs and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Oversee boutique presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance to reflect luxury brand positioning
- Coordinate with merchandising team for stock replenishment and seasonal product launches
Kualifikasi
