Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer service.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales assistants, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and building loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage daily cash reconciliation.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities within the boutique to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a boutique or luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for building lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
