Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily boutique operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Train and mentor retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards across all operational aspects
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting client relationships
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment and product selection
- Prepare operational reports and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in sales performance and team management
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail operations and visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software
- Understanding of Indonesian retail regulations and loss prevention protocols
