Merck is seeking a highly skilled BPE (Business Process Excellence) ERP Deployment Specialist to lead our intercompany process transformation initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end ERP deployment projects focusing on intercompany accounting modules and financial workflows.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and design scalable, automated solutions within the ERP environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure accurate intercompany reconciliation and alignment with corporate financial standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet deployment milestones.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive training to regional staff during and after ERP transitions.
- Monitor post-deployment performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
- Ensure full documentation compliance for all updated business processes and system configurations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management or business process improvement within a multinational corporation.
- Strong, hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) specifically regarding intercompany ledger processes.
- Deep understanding of intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and cross-border financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global matrix organization.
