Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing voice calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage and respond to chat tickets and non-voice inquiries promptly.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask effectively between voice and chat channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule.
