Concentrix is seeking a motivated BPO Back-Office/Voice Associate to join our pioneering Bridgetowne team in Quezon City. In this role you’ll deliver high‑quality customer support while managing back‑office tasks, ensuring data integrity, and meeting service level targets.

In this position you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound voice interactions while also performing back‑office data processing tasks, ensuring that each transaction is recorded accurately and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
You will be expected to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time, first‑call resolution, and data accuracy rates, while maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound voice calls and provide top‑notch customer service in a professional manner.
- Process transactions, data entry, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Generate reports on performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous development programs.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any four‑year degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a BPO, call centre, or back‑office environment is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry tools).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
