Tanggung Jawab
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records in back-office systems
- Handle inbound/outbound communications via phone, email, or chat channels
- Resolve customer inquiries with efficiency and adherence to service level agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical and soft skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months experience in BPO or customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
