As a Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our training and development ecosystem. Leveraging your expertise in Articulate 360, you will create high-impact e-learning modules that drive performance and enhance employee knowledge retention across our global accounts. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline 360/Rise 360).
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze training needs and translate them into effective learning objectives.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and visual assets that adhere to corporate branding and pedagogical standards.
- Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure information is current and aligned with process changes.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all developed content to ensure technical functionality and visual consistency.
- Utilize multimedia tools to integrate videos, animations, and graphics into training programs.
- Participate in project scoping and provide timelines for content development deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Designer, Instructional Designer, or E-learning Developer in a BPO setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) is a strict requirement.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in e-learning development and visual design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
