- Perform comprehensive quality control checks on audio files, artwork, and metadata to align with DSP standards
- Review music release submissions for accuracy in artist credits, track listings, and release metadata
- Identify and flag policy violations, copyright issues, or content discrepancies
- Document moderation activities and escalate complex issues to senior moderators
- Maintain updated knowledge of evolving platform guidelines and industry regulations
- Collaborate with content teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance
- Contribute to developing improved moderation protocols and best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in content moderation, quality control, or music industry role
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify subtle audio/artwork inconsistencies
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and DSP policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency in audio editing software and metadata management tools
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
