Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business requirements
- Demonstrate product or service knowledge to assist customers appropriately
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or SHS (Senior High School) graduate
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic computer proficiency and comfortable with technology
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle压力的工作
