Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and assist with financial forecasting.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to streamline financial workflows.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the BPO or call center industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
