Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and interpret BPOM regulations, ensuring continuous compliance for all product categories.
- Prepare, submit, and manage product registration dossiers and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct internal audits to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to embed regulatory requirements into product development.
- Respond to BPOM inquiries, inspections, and regulatory audits with precision and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain regulatory compliance strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Train cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably with BPOM certification.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian national regulations (SNI, HALAL, BPOM guidelines).
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation for product registrations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in regulatory interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience managing regulatory timelines and compliance deadlines.
