Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily branch accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records with monthly/quarterly reporting
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist in internal audits and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with regional finance team for budget planning and variance analysis
- Ensure adherence to Philippine Accounting Standards and tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in branch accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
