Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily branch operations, including scheduling, appointments, and client communications
  • Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks, document preparation, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity in the CRM system
  • Handle incoming inquiries, provide information, and direct clients to appropriate services
  • Process financial transactions and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Coordinate branch events, meetings, and training sessions

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
