As the Branch Administrator, you will take ownership of branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure that all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed. You will act as a bridge between management and the front-line team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our KPIs and business goals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Kangar branch to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
  • Supervise and mentor branch staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing training where necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor branch KPIs and prepare performance reports to ensure targets are met.
  • Coordinate with the head office on administrative tasks, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Manage general office administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or SPM qualification in any field, preferably with experience in administration or retail.
  • Proven experience in supervising staff and managing daily operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage.
