Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily branch operations including opening/closing procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized branch environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous retail or customer service experience (1+ years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
