- Attend to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Process pawn, remittance, bills payment, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the inventory, tagging, and safekeeping of pawned items and merchandise.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
- Promote company products and services to walk-in customers.
- Prepare daily transaction reports and assist in cash management duties.
Kualifikasi
- At least High School Graduate (2nd year College or Vocational Graduate preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Resides in or willing to be assigned in Metro Manila.
