Private Advertiser is currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Branch Associate to join our dynamic team in Koronadal City, South Cotabato. This role is critical to the efficient operation of our branch, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure all day-to-day activities run seamlessly.
As a Branch Associate, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including managing office communications, maintaining filing systems, coordinating appointments, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting with basic accounting and data entry tasks. You will work closely with the branch manager and other team members to support overall business objectives.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support the branch manager with various projects and initiatives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist with basic financial record keeping and expense tracking.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
