Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and digital records with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of essential business reports and documentation.
- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing professional customer service.
- Coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings, and branch-related events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local office procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and local dialects.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with an eagle eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
