Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure seamless workflow and branch productivity.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, digital records, and inventory logs for audit readiness.
  • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meetings for management and staff members.
  • Prepare periodic reports and summaries to track branch performance metrics.
  • Assist in the procurement of office supplies and liaison with external vendors.
  • Ensure the office environment remains professional, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Branch Associate, or in a similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital office tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate information.
  • Resident of or willing to relocate to Alabel, Sarangani.
