Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative office operations to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and physical mail.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and digital databases for company records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested by branch management.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and facilitate procurement when necessary.
  • Provide front-line support for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Valencia City, Bukidnon.
