Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and branch objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service and performance
- Monitor branch KPIs including loan disbursement, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality
- Manage branch operations including compliance, risk assessment, and administrative processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community leaders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or consumer finance
- Proven track record in team leadership, sales management, and P&L responsibility
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and branch management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
