Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and prompt issue resolution
- Maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation and daily transaction records
- Assist customers with product inquiries and bag purchases efficiently
- Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and promotions
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure smooth store operations
- Report discrepancies or operational issues to branch management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year cashier or customer service experience
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous
- Clean background check and reliable work history
