- Manage daily cash collections and disbursements with 100% accuracy
- Process customer payments and issue receipts promptly
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Resolve transaction discrepancies and maintain audit trails
- Safeguard cash assets and maintain secure handling procedures
- Assist in branch inventory management as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or retail cashier role
- Proficiency in basic accounting and reconciliation procedures
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and basic software
