JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is looking for a detail‑oriented Branch Cashier to join our Olongapo City team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth and accurate cash handling operations.
Key responsibilities include processing all forms of payment (cash, checks, debit and credit cards) using our modern point‑of‑sale (POS) system, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, reconciling daily receipts, and assisting with inventory checks as needed. You will also support loss‑prevention initiatives, resolve minor customer inquiries, and collaborate with other store staff to meet sales targets.

- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, checks, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of daily cash drawer, maintaining accurate records of all receipts.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner, answer basic product inquiries, and provide exceptional service to enhance shopping experience.
- Monitor and maintain a clean, organized checkout area, including stocking supplies and arranging promotional materials.
- Assist with periodic inventory checks and support loss‑prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with store management to meet sales targets, process returns, and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the smooth operation of the branch.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational course in bookkeeping or related field is a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience in a retail or cash handling role, preferably with POS system exposure.
- Proven ability to handle high‑volume cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a resident of Olongapo City or nearby areas (Zambales).
