Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all branch financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger management
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize inventory costs and supply chain efficiency
- Manage branch budgets and forecasting processes
- Conduct internal audits to identify financial risks and control weaknesses
- Lead financial training for branch staff and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branch financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
