Tanggung Jawab
- Drive branch sales growth through targeted market penetration and strategic account development
- Manage and expand customer relationships to ensure retention and loyalty in shipping services
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization
- Implement operational excellence initiatives in logistics documentation, freight coordination, and customs clearance
- Analyze branch performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery across the supply chain
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branch management or operations leadership role
- Proven track record in sales achievement and customer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of shipping, forwarding, and logistics operations in Malaysia
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team management and coaching skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite for data analysis
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English with strong communication skills
