As the Branch Finance Supervisor, you will act as a key liaison between the finance department and the local operations team. You will lead collection efforts, monitor credit limits, and ensure compliance with company financial policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily Accounts Receivable (AR) operations at the Medan branch.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and identify potential collection issues.
- Reconcile branch financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to manage credit limits and resolve customer billing discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic AR aging reports and present insights to the Branch Manager and Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to the local finance/admin team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, specifically within an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and credit management practices.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to deal with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in Medan.
