WINGS Group, a leading multinational consumer goods company, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Branch IT Officer to join our team in Pasar Muara Bungo, Jambi. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT infrastructure, network stability, and system security within the branch operations.

You will work closely with both the regional IT team and local management to implement IT policies, maintain hardware/software integrity, and provide top-tier technical assistance to our onsite users. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain branch IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for local network connectivity, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Provide prompt technical support for end-users to resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Oversee IT asset management, including procurement tracking, inventory audits, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Implement and monitor system security protocols to protect company data from cyber threats.
- Conduct routine system backups and data recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with the central IT department to roll out new systems, software updates, and technology upgrades.
- Generate periodic IT reports detailing system performance and support ticket resolution status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and local area network (LAN/WAN) configuration.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and biometric attendance hardware is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Proactive mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a branch environment.
- Willingness to be based in Pasar Muara Bungo, Jambi.
