Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation scheduling
- Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities and implement process improvements
- Supervise and train logistics staff to ensure operational standards and safety protocols are met
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
- Manage relationships with transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
- Prepare regular logistics reports including performance metrics and KPI analysis
- Collaborate with sales, production, and purchasing departments to align logistics with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supervision role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of logistics management principles, inventory control systems, and supply chain operations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry highly desirable
