Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily branch logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
- Prepare detailed branch logistics reports and analyze data to provide recommendations for distribution process improvements.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to monitor the implementation of logistics strategies and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, damages, and discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards in all logistics activities.
- Liaise with sales and production teams to forecast logistics needs and plan capacity accordingly.
- Resolve logistical issues and bottlenecks efficiently to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles, inventory management, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is an advantage.
