Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and implement comprehensive people development policies and strategies aligned with branch goals.
  • Define and optimize job descriptions and performance standards for branch staff.
  • Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive branch team productivity.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs, workshops, and ideal habit initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent within the banking and multifinance sectors.
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee relations issues effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with HR regulations and internal policies to ensure operational excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, specifically within the banking or multifinance industry.
  • Strong understanding of job descriptions, KPI setting, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead teams.
  • Proven experience in designing training curricula and employee development programs.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
