Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including sales, inventory, and customer service standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing retail teams through training and performance management
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve KPIs and revenue goals
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through staff coaching and operational excellence
- Manage branch financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Coordinate merchandising, visual merchandising, and promotional activities
- Drive employee engagement and retention through positive leadership practices
- Comply with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Proven track record as Branch Manager or similar retail leadership role
- Strong team management and employee development skills
- Expertise in sales strategy, inventory control, and P&L management
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Philippine citizenship with valid work authorization
