Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of three retail stores to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams through performance coaching and development
- Manage inventory control, vendor relationships, and cost optimization
- Implement company policies while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with multi-store oversight
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team development
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
