Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze store performance and implement growth strategies.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a seamless, high-satisfaction shopping experience for every visitor.
- Oversee staff scheduling, payroll attendance, and performance evaluation processes.
- Maintain accurate cash management and daily financial reporting to the head office.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/Cebuano.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail management/POS systems.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting.
